Attorney John P. Casey has been practicing in Wisconsin Family Law and Personal Injury Law since 1991. In that time, Attorney Casey has advocated successfully for many clients, including individuals and businesses. As a trial attorney, Attorney John P. Casey has litigated complex divorce, business valuation and interstate custody issues, as well as catastrophic personal injury claims resulting in large settlements and judgments. Recognizing that the courtroom is often traumatic to otherwise private individuals who do not wish to have their private lives litigated in open court, Attorney Casey always tries to negotiate the best possible agreements for his clients. However, in those cases where settlement is impossible, Attorney Casey is a fierce courtroom advocate for his clients.
Attorney Casey serves on the Wisconsin Supreme Court Appointment Selection Committee and is a Board Member of the State Bar of Wisconsin General Practice Section. Attorney Casey is also is active in various Bar Associations, in addition to the American Association for Justice, the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the Federalist Society and the Society of Family Lawyers.
