Meet Attorney John Casey

A proud Wisconsinite, Attorney John P. Casey has deep roots in Southeastern Wisconsin, having grown up in New Berlin and now raising his children in Lake Country while growing his personal injury practice in Wisconsin.

His clients have benefited from his deep understanding of the nuances of the law and his tenacity in the courtroom. His reputation among his peers has helped him achieve large and fair settlements without the need to try cases within the courtroom. When litigation is necessary, Attorney Casey’s extensive knowledge of courtroom procedure, rules of evidence and courtroom presence have helped him routinely secure the maximum amount in damages for clients.

In one case, a pedestrian was hit by a reckless drunk driver in Wisconsin. He fled the scene, leaving the victim for dead. After several attempts to negotiate a fair settlement with the hit-and-run driver’s insurance company, Attorney Casey’s final offer was rejected by the insurer, forcing a trial. Attorney Casey’s argument that the plaintiff deserved the maximum policy settlement due to the negligent behavior of the driver swayed the jurors to agree, resulting in not only the policy limits for his client, but interest on the judgment for the insurance company’s failure to settle prior to trial.
